Fairchild III Home at Wedderburn Estates in Vienna is now Under Contract

Last week we put the Fairchild III on Homesite 3 Under Contract with some folks that are moving up from Florida.  Here I am today getting my picture taken outside the home.  We proudly put and Under Contract sign rider on my real estate sign.  That's because we are proud to have had this sale.

Nathan and I will be holding the 2 new single family homes at Majestic Oak open tomorrow afternoon, Sunday, August 12 from 1-4pm.

We were able to secure the permit from Arlington County for Washington Gas so that they could dig up the street a bit and connect the gas allowing for a nearer term to receive our Residential Use Permit.  We have been patiently waiting for some time to get this certificate which will then allow us to market these two homes with a lockbox.  We hope to provide this easy access by the end of next week!

Also, more exciting news, we are going to be assuming all the listings for Courtland Homes next week.
